CIRD at work
Field assessment examined the systems producer organisations need to manage their work and prepare business plans.

During March 2026, CIRD's business-section team assessed 20 producer organisations in Preah Vihear. The full assignment targets 23 organisations. A consolidated assessment report followed on 6 April.
The assessment examined governance, membership, finances, business planning, market relationships, production and shared assets. It provides a basis for practical business plans and follow-up coaching with organisation committees.
1 February 2026 – 31 July 2027 assignment
Assignment scheduled through July 2027CIRD's business section provides technical assistance to farmer organisations under Public-Social-Private Partnerships for Ecologically-Sound Agriculture and Resilient Livelihood in the Northern Tonle Sap Basin. The assignment connects organisational assessment, business planning, climate-resilient farming and market readiness.
