CIRD and GRET worked with family farms on rice, vegetables, livestock, water management and local markets. The work connected practical farming skills with farmer trainers, cooperatives, savings groups and consumer awareness.

CIRD's pepper work grew from support in Memot to a wider sector assignment. It connected production advice, cooperative and savings-group services, product quality, buyer relationships and public policy.

The assignment connects organisational assessment, business planning, climate-resilient farming and market readiness.
